UPSforLESS SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Time
- All products classified as "New" are normally shipped within 1-2 business days from receipt of order.
- All products classified as "New Open Box" or "Refurbished" are normally shipped within 1-3 days of receipt of order. The extra time is required to allow us to install new batteries and then charge and test the units.
Shipping Method
We ship using Fedex Ground. In cases where the order is large, the goods will ship using a trucking carrier of our choice.
Pickups
Goods may be picked up from our warehouse in Markham, Ontario if you wish; however the same time frames apply to the availability for pickup. There is no extra charge for pickup. Products from Powercom America and Zero-Surge are drop-shipped directly by those vendors and thus are not available for pickup at our warehouse.
Freight Collect
We are able to ship freight collect only if you have a Fedex account. We do not have the ability to ship freight collect using any other carrier.
Damage During Transit
All shipments are insured by us when being shipped freight prepaid. If any item arrives physically damaged, please contact us within 48 hours to notify us that the shipment was damaged so that we may begin insurance claim procedures with the appropriate carrier. In the meantime, if we have stock, we will ship an immediate replacement for the damaged item and once the damage has been inspected by the carrier, we will make arrangements to bring it back at our expense.
If the shipment was being sent freight collect, then you have to initiate the appropriate claim procedures.
