Shipping Location

All orders to Canadian addresses are shipped from our warehouse in Markham, Ontario.

Placing Orders Online

Orders can be placed on this website for any Canadian destination. All order confirmations that you receive will show pricing in US dollars. Unfortunately the freight calculator on our home page cannot be used with Canadian postal codes; however if you add items into a shopping cart and proceed to checkout, you will be shown the accurate freight charge for your postal code. You do NOT need to complete your purchase but you do need to go through this process of checking out your shopping cart. We regret this inconvenience.

Prices

All prices on this website are in US Dollars. If you place an order online, it will be converted into Canadian dollars at the prevailing exchange rate. All charges to your credit cards will be in Canadian dollars.

Taxes

GST will be added to all orders. PST will be added to all orders being shipped to Ontario or being picked up at our warehouse in Markham. PST can be exempted if you provide a PST Exemption Certificate.

 
Shipping Method

We ship using Canadian Fedex Ground. In cases where the order is large, the goods will ship using a trucking carrier of our choice.

Pickups

Goods may be picked up from our warehouse in Markham, ON if you wish -- provided arrangements have been made in advance. There is no extra charge for pickup. Products from Powercom America, Zero-Surge, Sanyo-Denki and GE are drop-shipped directly by those vendors and thus are not available for pickup at our warehouse.
