This UPS is brand new. One year warranty coverage is offered directly by the manufacturer. Since warranty coverage is provided directly from Powercom, this unit is not covered by the UPSforLESS "lemon" warranty.
This true online, pure sine wave, double-conversion UPS is suitable for high availability situations and mission critical equirements. It offers a front panel LCD for easy configuration and also has the capability of extending the runtime with the addition of an external battery pack.

PLUGS & CONNECTIONS
This is a “hard-wired” UPS. This means that the UPS is not pre-installed with any standard plugs or outlets. Instead, the UPS is equipped with a terminal block. A qualified electrician will be required to install an appropriate circuit to provide power to the UPS and also create the necessary connections from the UPS to the equipment needing to be protected.
DELIVERY
This is a large UPS and weighs 550 lbs (250Kg). It is delivered on its own pallet/skid. Please advise us at the time of ordering if you have a truck level dock where this unit can be directly unloaded or whether you will require a truck with a lift gate. This may impact delivery charges. Additionally, you will also need appropriate moving/material handling equipment such as dollies or a strong cart to transport this unit from its receiving point to its intended destination within your facility or building. Since this unit is delivered by truck, please disregard the standard freight charges quoted to you by our shopping cart. We will confirm actual freight costs to you once you advise us about the availability of a truck level dock.
