This is an isolation/step-down transformer and can work at 240V, 220V or 208V. It is technically part of the APC SmartUPS RT family of products but can be used in any environment where either an isolation or step-down transformer is required and will work with any brand and model of UPS or by itself in a non-UPS environment.
