This device is effectively a very long power bar with 24 individual standard 3-prong North American 110 volt sockets. It is designed for use in equipment racks. It has intelligence and can measure the amount of power being used by each individual outlet and the total power being used by all of the equipment plugged into it. The primary benefit is that it allows the user to ensure that equipment connected to the specific power outlets is not exceeding its tolerances and the unit is capable of connecting directly to a LAN and sending wearning notices if certain thresholds are exceeded.
