We have received a number of these units that are missing the plastic bezel/faceplate on the front of the units. This is a cosmetic issue only since the missing faceplate does not affect the operation of this battery cabinet in any way and the unit is still covered by both our standard 1-year and 30-day "lemon" warranties. Even though the photo above shows the battery cabinet with the faceplate this unit will ship without this front plastic cover.
