We have received a number of these units that are missing the plastic bezel/faceplate on the front of the units. This is a cosmetic issue only since the missing faceplate does not affect the operation of the UPS's in any way and the unit is still covered by both our standard 1-year and 30-day "lemon" warranties. Even though the photo above shows the UPS with the faceplate this unit will ship without this front plastic cover.

This is a refurbished uninterruptible power supply/battery backup unit. It has been installed with brand new, high quality GS Portalac batteries, and has been thoroughly tested and then professionally packed in a brand new box. This XL series UPS allows you to extend the length of time that this unit will provide power to the equipment connected to it. By attaching external battery packs, you can achieve runtimes exceeding 24 hours, if needed. Typical applications requiring longer runtime include critical application servers and storage, IP and PBX based voice networks, VOIP phones and enterprise network switches and hubs.
