All products are sold with our unconditional one year no-hassle warranty.Refurbished units may have cosmetic blemishes such as nicks, scrapes or discoloration of the plastic. These are cosmetic problems only and do not affect the operation of the unit in any way. Our generous warranty still covers the unit in full. Communication cables, rackmount rails, manuals and software are not included unless specifically shown in the specifications above. Software can usually be downloaded free of charge from the manufacturer's website. Other items may be available from us for an extra charge.  Canadian orders are subject to applicable taxes that will be added to you final total.  Residents of Ontario are subject to HST.
